It could take 50 years to build a copper mine. It still doesn't explain why in 2010 you could buy HCH outright for about 10k tonnes of copper and you can still buy it outright for the same amount today. How HCH has been managed in between these time frames has been horrendous and I'm being kind. Now we are less than 3 working weeks away from the end of the quarter and with so much to be announced in this short space of time we are still hearing crickets.
