My opinion is that I have been viewed as a charity rather than an investor with the current scheme offer.
We all have a responsibility to one another (fellow shareholders to shareholder) to ensure you vote yes or no to the scheme when required.
The worst case scenario is that many small holders think their holdings has no overall influence and thus don't participate. Mayne pharma retail can be a powerfull force, a force to be heard as early indications are no retail participants on this forum think the offer price is fair.
