Look at the other side of the coin
The bureaucracy over there is the same as here, they take their personal political opinions to work and act as a fifth column of what is basically treason of actively working against the property elected government
Look at the UK -- Brexit is still not in operation simply because the public servants despite taking their taxpayer supplied wages refuse to do the work required to fully augment Brexit
All people should do what they are paid to do or if they don't like it they should have the guts to resign and get a job where they are happier
