Why would the TLS AGL merger not work? So you get two sets of enormous costs, two sets of underperforming DEI Board of Directors and 2 sets of overpaid executives. 2 sets of expenses and 2 sets of marketing and distribution?
Do TLS and AGL exist for the sholders or for the Board of Directors, senior management, the ALP Government and industry labor super funds?
