Bazzad, I don?t think it is a question of the contract being factored into the price. This changes the game for QHL from a speckie to a producer with major contracts and substantial cash flow. This is where fund managers and institutional investors start to get on board. That is having a contract signed is a major criteria that these guys want to see on the table before they will even look at the stock.

I.e. a fund that will only invest in stocks that pay a dividend or have proven board members with good track records.

So these guys will start to look at the stock and evaluate the board, possibility of further contracts, cash flow etc, and then ask the question, Is, .45 cents undervalued? Holders will sit here and ask themselves what is a fair and reasonable price for the potential of our products and where is the stock going?

Shall be an interesting year I think.
