NVU has inserted a WBT ReRam memory chip into their demo SOC chip for the embedded conference. No deal has been signed yet, but one may be. It’s a great step for both companies, and one that may lead to customers for both. Previous demo SOCs from NVU included TSMC MRAM as far as I can decipher.
