I belive a legal challenge may remove all the hysteria that the locals and politicians have created around the project. In a court of law the facts will be examined and judged and if DERM have relied on incorrect data or not acted on true factual details we may still have recourse to continue.
I admit the hostile nature of the area and locals is the biggest hurdle, but to at least challenge the decision and then if successful conduct the trial burn, my opinion is we would be able to locate elsewhere to build a bigger facility, be it local or overseas if we were at least able to successfully conduct the trial.
We have a competent legal lady on hand and I am sure they are looking long and hard at a possible challenge in the courts.
I firmly believe this technology has great merit and will be a major energy provider for the future at an affordable cost.
