A disgruntled employee leaking confidential information ahead of company-approved information releases is no fault of PNV and certainly cant be construed as dishonesty.
Your judgment on this has been well and truly clouded and I wouldn't be surprised that at some point it becomes an ASIC matter as the leaked information was used to short the stock to gain a material advantage.
