Hi Gabeh,
I was more using this more general definition "2.a measure of the degree of disorder in a substance or a system"
Therefore meant that the world financial system needs sound financial regulation as to avoid further "disorder" and chaos.
STB has a world class and unique resource. The market generally pays a substantial premium for a deep and easily accessible resource. The long term fundamentals for potash generally look good and will mainly be driven by the billions of people in the emerging markets that will probably enter the middle class during the next 20 years. There are of course risks as well, as with any investment but I am happy to be here that is for sure.
Potash mines are generally very difficult to build and finance. The CEO of Mosaic said that it would now cost at least $500 million to sink the main mine shaft in the Saskatchewan basin for a new potash mine. This makes STB's deposit even more attractive.
The main risks that I (and everyone else sees) are regional and infrastructure risks.
Sam
