Rob, If TNC's agreements had the potential income of 1% yes 1% of what you are saying, then why isn't TNC shouting at the top of there singing voices(pun intended) from every hilltop in the world?????
If I had struck a deal/deals to potentially earn that sought of money, I certainly would be telling the stock market and watching my share price go up accordingly.
According to their announcement TNC stated that "The acquisition involved:
? the issue of 30 million shares to the vendors, along with the issue of a further 10 million shares to the
vendors in the event that Valleyarm achieves EBITDA of $500,000 in any 12 month period within 18
months of signing;"
Doesn't in still much confidence to me. Let alone the RIDICULOUS numbers you are quoting.
pss Sentiment should also include the option of "stuck" although that's probably what "hold" really means.
