Frank there market sees no value in tpm . Imo Sandoz is just another coy' that got loose with its money , it happens. There's 75000 tons of vitamin E produced globally every year . A smaller proportion is water soluble vitamin E used from everything from pig feed to increasing solubility . tpm is not part of that market , its production is hardly discernible. It has nothing to offer that's not readily available . How many serious partners has ave/tpm had that walked ? As for disclosure , I held poh / ave til 2015 but left due to Chris Behrenbruch disclosures on the coy' It happens that one of my advisory brokers was a director of the coy and my previous business partner was managing director for some time . They had no influence on my decision to hold or not .
