Announcement confirming execution of Due Diligence iminent in my opinion.
This announcement will also contain the FID timing which I doubt will occur in the next two weeks but should be very close.
Also they are in discussions re an MOU with the Large African fertilizer company for phosphate as I understand, as a stand alone operation outside any terms with Shenghe, so could move rapidly to generate capital
This announcement could drop out of left field at any time.
