Cheers Pharmy,
I appreciate the research. Always good to know about our competition.
just clarify, you seem to have invented sides, right vs wrong, good vs evil. cronies vs truth seekers. IMO you need to discuss this with your therapist, it's concerning. It's ok, not to be ok.
The workshop software looks great and obviously without having an intimidate knowledge of either, it's difficult to comment on what is best. Naturally Spenda has competition. They have clearly gained some traction, so must be good.
I guess points to discuss.
1. Why was swift statement introduced by Spenda in partnership with Capricorn if there was no need? seems silly.
2. I can see the workshop software connects with Capricorn and supplier but is it purpose built for Capricorn like Swift is and that being the case, does it integrate with Capricorn's trade account as efficiently as Swift. I'm not sure. Capricorn have had complete overview of SWIFT throughout it's development, why recreate something that's already in place.
3. Swift would be designed to link in with Spenda's automotive management software. So I guess this is an advantage if members are using that.
4. A bundle package. we now have multiple services to offer capricorn, as previously said, we have multiple competitors for individual products but none provide everything. I would hope given Capricorn have been in partnership with us for most of this, we would be able to offer the most competitively priced and the best product of capricorn members.
5. Obviously if you were using quickbooks, at this stage swift wouldn't be an option for you. I'd hope this would change quickly if our competitor offers it.
6. Suppliers obviously link in with Capricorn's ecommerce site and pay a fee for this direct access to members. 100k a month. Does this make workshop a little redundant? Once again, it's been tailored made for Capricorn and designed to connect with each point of the DSD.
It just feels like we have the inside lane here and I'm yet to see in all their advertising Capricorn pushing Workshop but I've seen them pushing Swift multiple times.
