This process has been proven to work with graphene, so smaller modular units can be produced rather than a big plant, I spoke to a lithium brine company a couple of days ago, and they are going the same way with modular DLE plants, all they will do to increase production is to produce another modular plant, independently operating. Costs are contained and as cash-flow starts it becomes self funding, no diluting.
I'm only guessing but these plants would be transportable, I imagine that they would consider this, to be able to move to different sites.
E-waste would be processed in industrial complexes or areas, just like the waste transfer stations we already have all over Australia.
