RMS currently have 1 billion in cash, stockpiles and liquids plus they expect to generate another 1 billion in FCF over next 18 months.
That puts RMS future EV at approximately the same level as BC8 current EV.
I'd jump at the chance to merge 1 for 1 with RMS as RMS current valuation is absolutely ridiculous in this gold price environment.
