In my opinion there is a weight of money argument happening around the 3.60 mark and the buyers stepping up to meet it .The sellers are pushing for a bottom blowoff spike somewhere before they change their mind.More than likely they unleashed their programmed computers against each other.
All the same $3.50 is a deep discount to the 4.50 the ticker was trading at pre placement
oops they have gone ahead and done it. A minute is like a day in this game.$3.53. They are getting excited now.
