Two things. In some countries it is illegal for directors to own shares in a stock they govern. I am one of the few who totally agree. It is a fallacy to think that a top executive or company officer will do a better job if they own shares, is an insult to those people. Accusing them of doing less than their best until they get equity.

It also presents an open run for stock manipulation. A director for example taking shares when there is good news coming is an insider and a director taking shares when the news is bad is lying to the market.

Secondly, in my view for such a valuable property as MBH to falter so badly is a sign of a team out of their depth. Pure and simple. More competent strategic corporate management is needed. Until now it has been a free ride, no real effort or skill required. Now is different in my opinion, it is a precipice. Time for a cleanout. There is no growth, no volume trading, nothing. Staff and stakeholders and Maggie seem to me to be let down by the leadership over a long time.
