    Yes, where is this data, as SH at this stage we should be able to demand it.

    Tell SH where it is right now, if we wait until the next AGM it could be too late.

    Im pretty sure a board spill can happen outside the AGM, but im also not sure because no one else has floated this already, only constant complaining.

    Could a spill go down now if there are enough votes?
