Having said the above I should add there is no doubt in my mind that behind the scenes US will be insisting it owns or controls IP.
That is just the way US works - Trumps arrogance and elitism is a metaphor for the US corporate.
MP and potentially others would see that they won't dominate "share of wallet" or be a "top 3 player" in this era without Lynas IP.
If I were LYC, I'd be trying to buy MP and first thing following acquisition, I would change my name to MP.
