You are trying to dismiss the FDA's own release notifying Major Changes (did you bother to read them ) to supply and distribution channels in January this year.
Argue the facts , you used to post some intelligent commentary, stop yelling at the sky.
You are suggesting that Silviu should have been aware that after approval the FDA would blow up his launch.
