Did you miss the point where I said you give the house, your investment to a young girl with no training, ie an agent
The point is when you buy an investment, it is a small business that you are getting involved in, so YOU need to do work regardless of whether you give it to am agent or do it yourself, some on here do the work and are successful but the majority don't hence the stupid and lazy comment.
ANY investment must be managed from the start and requires constant attention, plus your tenants are never friends, they are your business partners, so choose well and act professionally towards them and get their co-operation in the care of your investment
