Rates up 150%
Materials all up.
If these costs were caught in the same act of Land lords rentals, then there would be an argument,
However this is not the case, all costs increase & rentals (legislated not to increase - except under certain 'conditions')
You cant expect to live in the house & get a free pass with costs increasing.
If you dont like it, you can always move out & move to the country.
(You are not entitled to live where you want for what you want)
Agin.....It's not a charity...You need to see Albo for a free home..
However, I believe the queue is long & distinguished.
(Even Albo bought a home as he know the free rent will end soon for him)
