Mcleod based on what you have said there it is plausible that X already have access to the final BFS done for them , Anglo the one adjusted for them and a third one done for an independent contractor. So the question would be which one do you release - they would all have different mine lives, timelines, returns etc otherwise no need to do different ones. Until you know how you have an agreement with how would you know which one to release. Releasing all 3 would create unnecessary confusion.
You get the impression given the current dealing with the multi-nationals the thought of going it 'alone' may look very attractive .
