The share price needs a fair bit of work currently to make this SPP even mildly interesting to participate in.....it could well fizz and Neils "reward" to loyal shareholders ain't much of a gift!
Obviously if OMA's flow test returns Trevors sought after 2-3mm cfpd then you'd like to think there's some interest in EXR stock by correlation.
At this point though- obviously better buying on market - I've topped up recently at 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3c
