They really should've been progressing the PPSA more aggressively over the last few years while doing exploration rather than waiting until post-discovery.
Most people stayed away from IVZ due to sovereign risk and the last 12+ months have effectively reiterated this.
Don't expect a big price move from PPSA execution, we're going to have to waiting until forward funding and a true path to cash generation before this thing moves now
