I bet they drill the bejesus out of the tenements and start with the tailings storage they acquire before they decide on much else.
The tailings ramp and conveyor at the plant run onto the edge of an existing pit tenement that I believe still has resource at depth that is owned by someone else.
e.g. What may have been sterilised years ago as un-economic ore to build a mill when they were processing 22g/.ton ore in at say only 2g/ton is good mill feed these days.
