happy to be wrong as always...
if the 9 day seq setups kept on counting
each time it closed > than 4 periods earlier
it would keep creating at times a neverending
loop with out ever indentifying a setup
properly...
hence why an 'anchor' bar 4 periods earlier...
again thats my interpretation...
