Do you wonder why they jumped?
It honestly feels like management have almost intentionally delayed things at times and not cared about the SP.
So SP is intentionally ground down by missed timelines and delayed anns and then some directors get an offer at 30% premium to the reduced price... say a $1 offer and say that we need to bring it to the market and then this leads to a blow up at board level when some decline to entertain it?
Wonder how close this is, purely speculation on my end.
