The May timeline is a key point. At face value it seems that we’ve got until the end of July, but from the end of May, we move to first right of refusal. Meaning any other parties who have better cash flows than us, could make a competing bid.
Imagine if we got to the end of May without a deal, and RIO decides to make a move on Renard with a higher bid?
