This was the biggest tell I pulled form todays report, 23% female staff = no Woke DEI crap within management, focused on business not bending over to Insto targets that have nothing to do with profitability.
This also could be a huge reason why we are at $1.5 billion market cap and not $4b, Instos ignoring everything else and all business metrics based on "HOW DARE THEY NOT HAVE 50% FEMALE WORK STAFF !!! NOT INVESTING, I DON'T CARE HOW PROFITABLE IT IS."
Remember folks basic business fundamentals will always win in the long run.
