    But you must stand up and take the blame

    And that is what John Huegh has done

    The rig crew and pulled a idiotic move without notifing CTP site staff


    Bad plans of the drilling rig crew, we have no hope of preventing such an incident. It was almost instantaneous once certain bolts and guy wires were released.
