    more of the issue is the facility is 3 years overtime and it keeps getting pushed back. Still no word on production. Also we were told the other facilities were at full capacity and we were increasing the price we sell our product for which would mean we would easily be cash flow positive. Not sure what the CEO is doing but they have been at the helm through all of this...
