Heh, that's a tricky one. So many questions that could (and should) be asked of this management.

I think I'd go for 'why did you give up 20% of Georgia for $5.4m?' (RMP's costs of farming into Georgia). We could have had a 3% share dilution instead to raise that $5.4m. So we've had a 20% decrease in our asset value for Georgia when we needed to only have a 3% decrease (the cost of dilution).

It's just another example of PL looking after his mates at the expense of shareholders, but anyone invested in RRL for a while will sadly already know that happens. :(
