Uranium is one of the most heavily regulated industries out there, a lot of hoops to jump through. They have provincial approval, but need Federal approval to be able to start constructing anything.
Not a chance construction starts until middle of next year, at the earliest. And that's the big question around this company, who will build it and when? NXG can't finance it off their balance sheet, and I suspect the final construction capex will be closer to 3B. So what's the solution? Maybe a jv arrangement a bigger player with a track record in the U space.
