If we extrapolate from the past to the future, then they will not keep to the schedule. It doesn't matter when the news comes. It just has to be good news. So far, we only have shiny pages in a colorful presentation. Plus a few vague agreements. But yes, the glass seems half full (and not half empty) at the moment.
