Hi Kevin,

Pretty much nothing except that your holding in the company is "diluted" - ie, if most other holders take up their offers, then you own a significantly smaller proportion of the company because there are so many more shares out there but you have kept your number the same (theoretically your shares' value should drop since the sp should go down to reflect their individually lower value)
In reality it is hard to predict because if the raising is seen as a positive (cash for the company to go ahead and achieve goals for example) then the sp may even go up!
