given our cash position, known resource base and continuing exploration prospects with a great management now in control why would anyone want to plug mergers or takeovers unless there is another agenda. I have never seen a merger, or takeover that has benefited SH such as AMI. Some plant seeds of dissent and alternate realities for their own reasons, not generally for the benefit of the majority. Research on AMI is not hard to do for those that want to it. We hold highly prospective ground that should have been pursued rather than a dud goldmine. I had even posted at the time that Dargues was a rip off for shareholders.
