    Do not forget Chair you are talking to a self proclaimed Real Estate Tycoon who has made a fortune buying and selling Shopping Centre if you remember the early posts. But unfortunately IT has runout of things to do with that rather large fortune and now feels the need to fritter way his days saving the soles of us miss informed hydrocarbon punters and save us from our own stupidity. Maybe every one of us punters should take note because if there was ever a definitive definition of stupidity it would be (IT)what.png
