Just for shits and giggles, I went back and did some calcs on their maiden Ag resource they announced in October-

Cost of processing 1t of oxide dirt - $35.74AUD
Cost of processing 1t of limestone dirt - $54.68AUD

This does not include required capex to get the plant running, or sustain it (A$12.4M and $4.2M respectively).

Assuming a 15% allowance on head grades and an 80% recovery - of which, both numbers are much more like realized grades and recoveries that they, BOK and CCU achieved when running on silver dirt - they can recover about 1.35oz/Ag/t on the MRE or 4.8Mt, and 1.1oz/Ag/t on the total estimate reserve of 38.3MT.

So, if silver is A$45/oz (allowing for any dip in price or exchange rate) they'll actually be going backwards or barely breaking even on limestone dirt, and making less than $15/t on oxide. If you assumed the operation started up on oxide dirt only, and someone borrowed the 16M for capex required to keep it going, it would take a solid 4 months of production before you made any money out of it, not including interest.

IMHO The asset at the current price of silver is not attractive to anyone who would be looking to purchase it - which I assume MKR would be trying to do to get some $'s in the bank given their accountants have bagged them out.
