they would need to apply to the ASX as they said in the prospectus that they would not apply for listing but they can tell them that after listening to shareholders they have changed their minds.
Any market savvy director wound have applied for listing immediately.Particularly if ,as they clearly intimate ,they expect the price will rise when they deliver their funding partners.

Apart from delivering a mechanism for trading the options for their hard bitten thrill seeking shareholders , it has the potential to be a source of cash before the expiry date.
Let’s assume the share price goes above 2 cents in the next 6 months (We can only hope and you ,Surandy,havedone the numbers and hope it does)then you can sell shares and exercise options.
There will be about 500 million options outstanding that will have the potential to bring in $10 million.
Only a donkey would not create this mechanism if it had the potential to achieve this !
As for the cost???
Well just look at what they have been paying in underwriting, investor relations and directors fees which are all being paid by long suffering shareholders!

The maximum number of options from this latest entitlement issue would be around 65m, not 500m.

And that assumes all entitlements are subscribed for in full.
