Guys, I was able to purchase ARV yesterday at 6c, but today my system (interractive brokers console) is telling me the purchase price is capped at 5.8c, so I cannot purchase at 6c today but only put in a bid at 5.8c tops.
Can someone please help explain is this capping come from the company? and why would they do that?
Last time I saw this was QHL at 20c capping over a year ago and here they are today just hit 50c...
