My interpretation is JP in line with analysts and thinks at present stock should be around $20 and he also thinks it reached $24 just due to momentum, so both current price $11ish and $24ish are not correct valuation. If 2591 does great in phase 3 then we are talking serious dollars, even if it fails, current price is way too low than what's it's worth.
and they are not gonna sell 2591 cheap, so wait and watch, meanwhile it will be played the way big money want it to.
buy back won't put a floor, it's just to remove the cheap stock out of circulation.
