A mystery, big holder of FSE shares is pushing the sell button to keep SP down so banker not tempted to convert those 643ml notes (thereby resulting in a share register increase)

Good strategic management of company's relationship with bank and existing shareholders through the SP as far as I am concerned - until the company's position materially changes - ie we can build a mine and sell some coal.

THe last thing we need is violent changes in SP of such an illiquid share. Steady as she goes..........
