The structure of the deal will be interesting. SMP share price is in the toilet like most- they had EBITDA of $18.6m in 2024 though, and slightly cash positive.
I normally like scrip, but i reckon we should use more of the cash component more than the shares. I think the acquisition is smart, a lot of M&A activity. Also makes it harder (more expensive) to take us over- which is still think is BS BTW. Good move strategically, but want to see the terms of the deal first.
