yep - again they just keep me on tender hooks - why it is "option deed" to me is an odd wording - ie prospectivity disclosure fine, but does it suggest a change in the option deed which of course could be WDs proceed - is that a change???? or do they mean something else??? - an extension??
no problem taking a TH for this to get wording right etc etc as noted above - standard even if WDS coming on board.
but i would have thought the wording could have just said WDS Option - not option deed!!!
still on tender hooks and just exhausted from let downs on this one to date.
