CES they are 100% free carried, since last quater they have recieved funds from a 20000mt local shipment also they run on the smell of an oiley rag, but there is a cap raising coming very soon, this may be only days/weeks away.
Buyers have certainly built today and this momentum should sustain itself until value is hit. IMO
