Good points Growler. My point on PVL was more re: purchasing additional shares at market (currently $0.011). They certainly timed it well for their previous known holding. If I were an existing PVL shareholder then I would be bemused if my rate of return was diminished by a poorly thought out execution plan.
If PVL have a formidable vision then they should certainly share it. I feel that they will need PER SH support but without a credible vision, I think they will fall short.
