The agreement GoG got ETM to agree to was that ETM will pay GoG legal cost if ETM loses the case. ETm made an announcement on the agreement this request. It's costing the GoG an arm and a leg, they are already feeling very uncomfortable because unlike ETM, no one dares to fight the legal battle for the GoG on no win no fees, they know GoG don't stand a chance, so they are flogging GoG as hard as they can, squeezing every dollar like lawyers would.
