Yeah all in the hen house at night, had one that was broody but think she is finally over it.
Some what regrettable they have the whole back yard to free range but they make light work of the layer pellets, get through a 15kg bag in under two weeks plus I throw out some scratch mix each day. Not getting value for money.

Yeah they stop laying when it gets too hot but we have got past the heat wave.
Have Gold Laced Wyandotte, heritage breed dual purpose (Meat & Eggs) so not a prolific layer, should be laying about ever second day
