Critical date #1 - 30/4/25, will the Government file? Will Justice Jackson make it public? Will we get to read Ed's notes?
Critical date #2 - 23/7/25, well past the election, well past swearing in. This is the deadline for trial proceeding. I have said from the outset that this will not go to trial, the Government cannot defend this under model litigant. I fully expect a mediated settlement no later than this date. The only question is, will it be Ed or Susan doing the mediating.
